Zim’s Youth to Shine in Zvedu Tese Concert

THE Precious Children’s Arts Organisation (PICA) is set to present “ZVEDU Tese” concert on 14 December, at the Presbyterian Church Hall in Harare’s Greencroft suburb.
This event, scheduled to commence at 4:00 pm, will bring together five dynamic performing groups: Elysium Magna, Team Mamero, House of Talents, Simba Arts, and PICA’s talented children. Each group has promised to deliver enchanting performances that will showcase their exceptional creativity in theatre, dance, poetry, and music.
“Zvedu Tese is a celebration of what our youth and children can achieve when given the platform and support to showcase their talents,” Chipo Basopo, the Executive Director of PICA said.
“It’s a time to reflect on the spirit of Christmas by sharing joy and inspiring one another through the arts.”
The concert promises to be a mind-blowing production that will fascinate audiences of all ages. Featuring an all-youth cast, the show will be a one-stop entertainment experience filled with an array of dance moves, thought-provoking theatrical pieces, soulful poetry, and heartwarming musical performances.
Beyond the stage, the event will stimulate a sense of community as families, friends, and neighbours gather to celebrate and support the young talents. Audience members will also have the opportunity to interact with the performers, making the experience even more memorable.
“We promise an unforgettable experience!” Basopo added. “Let’s come together to support and celebrate the talents of our youth this December.”
