DELTA Corporation Limited has stepped in to support Tose Respite Centre with a donation of chickens and feed worth US$10,000, helping boost nutrition and income-generating opportunities for people with disabilities.
The handover ceremony highlighted Delta’s ongoing commitment to community development and inclusion.
At the event, Patricia Murambinda, Delta’s General Manager of Corporate Affairs, said the company was proud to back Tose Respite’s work.
“We believe in building resilient and inclusive communities. This donation supports Tose Respite’s efforts to provide both nourishment and empowerment through small-scale poultry projects,” she said.
Tose Respite Centre offers care and developmental support to people with disabilities, and the new poultry project is set to enhance both the nutrition and livelihoods of those it serves.
The donation is part of Delta’s wider corporate social responsibility efforts, which focus on key areas like education, health, and uplifting local communities.
